I am planning to use Istio as one mesh for multiple networks. My idea is based on the Istio / Install Multi-Primary on different networks and it’s pretty straightforward. However, my use-case, involves requirement, that sometimes, some networks might not be reachable (offline). How the sync, on control-plane, will be held, in that situation?
