ConsistenHash using multiple headers

Is there a way to use two header names for setting a consistent hashing in DestinationRule?? A follow-up question is, how to parse header value for the above scenario? eg., the header value is ‘/A/B’ then I would like to parse A then use it for hashing? TIA
