Disabled Policy Enforcement

Hi,
in new release of Istia 1.1 it is said that Policy Enforcement is disabled by default.
What features of Istio will not be available then?

Anything that relied on Mixer adapters to handle precondition checks. This includes denier, list, memquota, redisquota, and OPA. Any custom ‘Check’ templates would also off by default.

If you desire to use any of those features (say for IP Whitelisting), you can enable policy enforcement.
