Found this issue from 2018 - https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/2628 - which references a FAQ entry. I checked the current FAQ and didn't see this listed. Is this still a current problem? If not, any ideas when this was resolved (and how)? I'm working with an older version of istio (1.4) so if there is a resolution, hopefully it stretches back that far.
