Istio 1.14.3 is not in Helm

Hello,

I have seen a post notifying me of the security update 1.14.3 for Istio, however when I update my helm repo, the latest release available is 1.14.2.
Is this expected?

Thanks for reporting this. We have had some issues with the helm chart publishing. I thought they had been fixed, but I guess not so we will need to re-evaluate again.

For now, I have manually updated them. Note it can take a while for GCS caching to update.
