Istiod restart very often | getting connection refused

Dear Team,

Istiod pod restart very often, got error like this Readiness probe failed: Get "http://10.244.7.109:8080/ready": dial tcp 10.244.7.109:8080: connect: connection refused, i am using istio v1.12.0 and kubernetes v1.21.2.

kindly suggest how to fix this.
