I’m wondering if the OIDC solution (for IBM) proposed in the blog article as a Mixer plugin is still the appropriate solution?
Is there no initiative moving this into core Istio? It feels like it could be part of the gateway.
As far as I know there is no enhancement for integrating this adapter with Istio 1.7. Perhaps there are other ongoing work that could do the same job as app identity and access adapter (e.g. ext_authz) @YangminZhu
