Timezone of istio-proxy access log

Istio-proxy logs all accesses to the console using the UTC timezone e.g.

istio-proxy [2020-02-22T17:41:29.836Z] "GET ...

How can I change the timezone to my current timezone e.g. Europe/Berlin or Asia/Shanghai ?
