Upcoming security releases of Istio 1.2.10, 1.3.6 and 1.4.1

Hello Istio Community,

The Istio maintainers would like to announce the forthcoming releases of Istio 1.2.10, 1.3.6 and 1.4.1.

This release will be made available on the 10th of December 2019 at 10:00 PDT (18:00 GMT).

This release will fix 3 security defects. The highest rated security defect is considered 9.0 (Critical) severity.

No further details or patches will be made available in advance of the release.

A small correction here, given 1.4.1 just went out, the security release will be 1.4.2 (instead of 1.4.1). Sorry about any confusion this may have caused.
