Bookinfo based on consul does not work

Dear Istio community,
I followed the steps to deploy Bookinfo based on consul from https://preliminary.istio.io/docs/examples/bookinfo/,
but the bookinfo does not work , the service productpage could not call service details and reviews,

the istio version is 1.0.6
