Disable log for "mTLS PERMISSIVE mode is used"?

Is there anyway to disable this specific log warning message, while keeping the log level at warning?
Is going to log level “error” the only mechanism?

If you upgrade to 1.10 the log has been removed. Otherwise I don’t think so
