How to make changes into isto related yamls

Hi Team,

How to make changes into istio related yamls for e.g

if i want to modify yaml to increase resources of pod or increase number of pod
then how can i rollout my changes.

I have used both istioctl and helm but didnt find a way to make changes in yaml, as they are already compiled.

Let me know if i’m missing anything.
