New weekly sync meeting proposal

Hi all,
The new weekly sync meeting is at 12:30am in CST - not a reasonable time.
I propose two alternatives:

  1. Go back to 7:30am PT Monday, which impacts mainly folks on Pacific time.
  2. Make it 4:00pm PT, which would be 8:00am for CST.
    We could also try for either of the above on a different day.
    Let me know what would work for you.
