Update Istio to use new Envoy version

Hello all,

I’m new to Istio and I was wondering how long does usually takes to have new versions of Envoy into Istio?
I’m asking because this PR just got merged and I’d love to use it within Istio:

We typically release a new version of Istio soon after Envoy releases a version: Envoy recently released 1.22 which is what we have in our recent Istio 1.14 release. If the mentioned PR is only in the Envoy main branch, it would become part of their upcoming 1.23 release (available mid July). Istio would pick that up in the next 1.15 release (available mid August).
