Azure AKS Istio Multi Cluster Setup

Hi All,
I am trying to setup Istio 1.13.2. mutli cluster setup followed following articles.

First I have created two AKS clusters in “eastus” and “westus2”. then followed

then by using

I tried to verify the network. As above article says, Traffic was not getting distributed between two version of app(v1 was in eastus and v2 was in westus2).

Has anyone tried to implement this. any suggestions and helpful articles.
