Bundled Prometheus fails to install for Istio 1.5.1

Attempting to install the Prometheus resource for Istio 1.5.1 Operator fails. Here is the config which it fails on:

Has anybody encountered this / any tips to resolve this? This breaks our ability to use 1.5.1…
