Version 1.7.0
The new configuration option values.global.proxy.holdApplicationUntilProxyStarts is deactivated by default, as described in 1.7.x / Announcement of 1.7 Change Notes and here [https://github.com/istio/istio/issues/. 11130]

Has this been fixed now and can we enable it in the current version 1.7.3?
