Recordings of WG meetings

Hi there!

I noticed a lot of workgroups have stopped/forgotten to upload their meeting recordings, which is especially sad for people like me who live in a timezone far away from PST - all WG meetings are quite late in the day for me, so the recordings are a real help to stay on top of things.

Is there possibly a way to automate the upload of the recordings? Or would it solve the problem to give more people access to the Istio Youtube account?

Thanks for reminding me. I will upload last week’s UX meeting.

For me it is a manual process because I use WebEx to record the UX meetings. I then manually upload to YouTube and manually put a link in the Istio UX Notes document. I usually remember to add the video to the Istio UX Working Group channel, but this is another manual step and easy to miss.
